Terrible customr service

Just what does it take to talk to a billing service agent withih the USA? I have been on the phone for over 1 hour and hung up on 4 times by the call center in the philipines? I have spent 4 weeks numerous hours on the phone just to get the required updated equipment. I am so done with comcast/xfinity. Next step canellation of services and switching. Too many other alternatives out there.
