Still overbilling me!

I have talked to customer service several times in the first 3 months of service. My bill spontaneously went up $10 a month. I spent over half an hour on the phone with Comcast. Now a week later, they still have not corrected the two months they overcharged me. I'm getting frustrated with them already.

10 bucks is nothing! They've been screwing me like this for over a year! I can't believe how they can just charge whatever whenever they want!!! I'm not gonna pay next time

Hi traceyjh777,  thank you for reaching out.  I have reviewed your account and showing that you enrolled in auto-pay and ecobill after the first 30 days starting you services.  This would have allowed the $10 credit on your service package, and why you bill went up $10.
