That time of the year again where my bill will soon go to back to full retail.
Then have to go to the Xfinity Store and beg for a reduction again, alway a little higher that the previous year.
They at the store don't seem to have authority to do much about any further rate adjustments.
I'm 80 years old this year, fixed SSI income, mostly house bound, hard to get out and about. Hate asking the kids to help pay for my internet (basic is all that is needed) and TV (mostly just for Sports).
Kills me seeing rate specials arriving in the mail, 1/2 of my current rate!
Yes, I know it's offered to entice new customers. I used to work in retail.
On autopay, if that helps with a better deal.

I did get an online survey request to fill out.
I did. Not a favorable response to the questions.
So at the final step, I get "The survey could not be submitted"

There is NO Discount for Those on Social Security or Those on Social Social Security Disability - Yeah, they'll look to find the "Best Promotional Package at a Lower Cost" BUT...means NOTHING - will NOT help those on LOW INCOME! Been there - done that! I have been a LOYAL CUSTOMER with ComCast FOR YEARS - If it wasn't a "Monopoly" in our own town and I can't use Satellites in our condo - Would have said, "See ya - BYE"
