Retention/Loyalty gave me a WORSE deal.

I called the regular customer support number and spoke with a woman about a new package since mine will be ending. She gave me some options, but they all included long agreements for less service than I currently have. I then tried speaking to the retention dept, and they offered me an 'internet only' package for about $20 more than the bundle she initially offered!

I have been okay with my service until now, and I just want to speak with someone who can actually help me.
