Refund of “Service To Additional TV With TV Box” Charges

The most recent statement of my account includes charges for “Service To Additional TV With TV Box”. My community provides TV service which entitles me to three outlets and three boxes. This was confirmed by the local XFINITY store. Therefore, kindly credit my account for the charges along with applicable taxes, surcharges, and fees, and ensure the charges do not recur on future statements.

Actually, I online chatted with an agent BEFORE I wrote the post.  I posted because I did not get satisfaction from the chat.  So yes, I am still in need of assistance.
