Received a letter indicating Comcast is going to charge me for Modem that I own!!

I have proof of ownership for my modem. This modem is not a rental. Please correct your records and do not charge my account for rental. Please verify if needed.Thank you

Hello robylar - The status of your modem has been changed to Customer Owned. You should not receive any letters in the future. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

If you do own your modem, and you dont receive help here by the time your statement prints I would suggest you call in to address your equipment concerns.
