I have proof of ownership for my modem. This modem is not a rental. Please correct your records and do not charge my account for rental. Please verify if needed.Thank you

If you do own your modem, and you dont receive help here by the time your statement prints I would suggest you call in to address your equipment concerns.

robylar,

I would like to look into this for you. Can you verify your account information with me? I would need your account number, full name, and service address. You can private message me by clicking my name and clicking private message. Thank you
