i am having this same issue, and am being told now that i may only be eligible for a $5 discount / month, which is not what i was originally offered. i have not seen any type of discount on my first 3 bills.

Adudewicz1, I can take a look into your eco billing/autopay discount. Most of our discounts now max at $5 so I'll take a look. Please send me a private message (Click ComcastKenF and then click Private Message Me) with your phone number, account address, and full name for assistance.
