I have been a long time customer too. We recently purchased a second home and we stay part time in each one. Why do we have to pay for double services. It's is terribly expensive for two tv and internet services. Why can't we log into one service from both locations? It's very frustrating.

Hi, HappyCamper3. In order to receive TV and internet services at each address you would indeed need to have a separate account set up at each location. I apologize for any inconvenience.
