I am also having this same issue. My bill literally just doubled for my internet-only service. I called in to see what could be done, as I already called centurylink and confirmed they could match my previous rate and speed for LIFE, and Comcast said they only had ONE internet-only offering of 150 mb at $10 off the now-doubled price. Is there a retention’s department I could call direct, as this person was no help.
