I have just wasted anoth 45 minutes trying to receive a credit that was promised to me... I had a tech come out and complete re-installation of the wiring because untrained tech incorrectly installed it in the first place. Surprising, I got a $60 charge for that visit...I spent at least 1.5h already on this issue. And last time I spoke to someone I was told that the approval for credit is being sent to manager and I should see the credit soon. Of course, now I will probably be charged a late fee too... I am not going to stop until credit is posed, and any late fee associated with it are also reimbursed...
