Hey,

I'm new to this forum and trying to post my question is crazy.  

I was also charged for 5 months of some Stingray Kareoke thing!  I see that other people were also.  Did anyone get this resolved?  I called customer service and they said they are only allowed to refund 3 months worth because thats the rule.

Real nice Comcast, charge people for something they didnt order, and then only give a partial refund??????
