 Thank you DeanL1 so much for posting the exact issues that I have been fudding about for at least a year or longer 😡! I just can't understand why they would offer new customers a better deal than the customer who has been with them for a long time now, wouldn't you think they'd take better care of their loyal customers? Now let's see if the "official Xfinity employee" that made you happy can do the same for me? 😎
