I am in the same boat.  I called in to tell them I need a bill under 200.00.   I am willing to downgrade services but I am basically told that no matter what I do I will pay aroudn 240.   Well guess what I can buy your internet and get Dish Network and have a bill aroudn 170.00.   One guess what I am going ot do this weekend.   I dont' need alot of channels.  We watch our locals, Nat. Geo, Food Network, BBC and Disney XD.  We keep HBO for Game of Thrones only and will disconnect as soon as it's over and Starz will only be on during outlander.   I am so tired of paying this amount.  You always make it where i cannot afford your service.   I am done.
