Hello,

I am also requesting help with a new "bundle" deal as an existing customer.  We cannot afford the drastic jump from $130's to $197 a month.  Just can't.  Budget way too tight.  Is there another deal that can meet our budget of $150 per month, even if we have to 

sacrifice home security or something?  Don't need a land line, although that always seems to come with it.  Must have some TV, and definite internet services.  Thanks for your help.

I am also trying to locate a promotional bundle for existing customers.  I currently have the double play but would like to change my plan to the Starter XF Triple Play for 74.99 per month.  I'm unable to manage my plan on line.  It keeps telling me to call.
