Have you received a response?? We're on the same boat, I'm being billed for a modem that was never in my home. I've called them 4 times about the same thing and no one ever calls me back. I'm about to cancel the service and it's only been three months since we enrolled

Hi Slovo23 -- I can help with that modem issue. I've verified that there is a second modem showing on your account. I have submitted a request to our Inventory team to have this modem removed.

Slovo23 -- Our equipment team reviewed your account to get this additional modem removed. The modem you've requested to be removed is MAC 10868CD20982 however they are showing this as active and online. There is another modem on your account that you are saying is the one you're using however that one is not showing active or online. Can you list the modem MAC of the modem you are using please?
