It sounds like you're signing into your account with the secondary username. You must be signed in with the primary username on the account to access billing information or have the approval from the primary user to view the billing details. If you only have one username on the account and still get this error, please send me a private message with your full name, street address, account number, and username.

Are you referring to your CPNI pin?
