When I was offered a lower 2 year rate last year in April there was zero conversation about a higher rate after year 1. It strikes me as a classic bait and switch. I will spend the rest of my contract time until I put my account on vacation in October, to learn how to stream so I can discontinue my account. When I talk to your customer service people, their attitude seem to be that I should have known the my contract price was to go automatically.
PS I have Comcast in Florida and the 2 year is really a 2 year price with no changes!!!
