Good evening,

  I have been a Comcast/Xfinity customer for more than 15 years and have paid over $150 per month for the entire time. I have not worked for more than 4 years and have cut back to basic cable. Someone informed me about "Retention"?? Please do not assume that I was not informed about it because it came from a reliable source. Could you please give me all the details about it and who qualifies? I appreciate your help. Please advise as soon as possible.

I don't know if they still have but all you have to do is call 1-800 comcast and ask to speak to the retention dept.

retention is a department in comcast that works deals with people to keep them as customers..   like it was previously said call comcast and ask for that department.
