I've been a customer for over 8 years and i've recently downgraded my services to save money.
I went from 200 channels and 2 dvrs and 150 internet to just local channels and the same internet
and my bill is only down $50
I would like to keep the same internet but need my bill to go down.
No loyalty with this company. As soon as another provider pops up in my area, I will switch. Even if I ll pay a little bit more, just so Comcast gets a little competition, because now they treat their customers badly.
