I paid my bill online March 2nd and it still has not come out of my account. It shows paid but it has never taken this long. I can never get through on the phone! Almost as hard as getting On Demand to work..
I tried to pay online last night and received an error message, also advising me not to try again or I might be double charged. I was instructed to call support but have not as yet. First time I've had this problem.
