I'm trying to get in contact with a representative about a past bill that needs to be settled. Calling customer support has been completely useless and the online chat room keeps telling me that "phone number is not a valid phone number" when there is no location to put a phone number. It has been sent to third party bill collector and I have no explanation as to what the charges are for. I have no issues paying if it is an actual bill owed but there is no information anywhere as to what the payment is for.
