Online bill notification

Why is my bill notification being attached with a number of other customers email addresses? Not wise & not safe. You need to fix this.

It should not be. Are you sure the email is a legitimate notification from Comcast?


Unless there was a glitch in the system it could be a phish attempt.


What does the body of the mail say? If there are any links DO NOT POST THEM. Also do not post any email addresses, account numbers or other personal info.


Comcast employees must be authorized to post in the forum in an official capacity. Employees posting here have their names in red and are designated as employees. Names not in red are customers.

This is done to protect customers and for assurance that they are dealing with a Comcast employee.
Non-Authorized Employees are allowed to post but cannot state they are employees nor can they allude to being employees.
