I am being charged $29.99 every month for xfinity internet service even though having been enrolled in EcoBill for paperless statement and Autopay for automatic monthly payment. Why is that some xfinity customers are offered $10 discount outright and proactively notified of this benefit and some are not notified nor given to option to participate? This seems like a deceitful tactic to discriminate certain customers from ever seeing the benefit of the discount. Please assist.
