Hi Comcast,
I have been a customer of yours for over 30 years. All I see is my bill keeps getting higher and higher. I have basic service and don't watch Sports yet get hit with this "Regional Sports Fee". New customers get a better deal than customers of many many years. With this last bill I have finally had enough and I'm switching to your competitor.
You have lost a loyal, longstanding, paying customer.
I will be contacting your service dept for a disconnect.
