My latest bill doesn't reflect my current service

I went to a Comcast center to return the DVR after I got the X1 system. The rep there upgraded my service to Premier triple Play at a fixed rate for 2 year, however my latest bill I just paid doesn't reflect that. I paid more, maybe because the bill was on the older package. Can I get that adjusted or credited?
