My bill

My bill

On my bill for last month there is a 60 charge for service, and I was never even told about this fee.  Why and how do you all charge customers these fees and don't even mention it.  The reason for the visit was the modem that I rent from Comcast was bad, so why am I being charged a fee?  Can someone please help me?
