My bill keep increasing

Im with a promotional term with $29.99 bill and will all the taxes it goes up to $39 which is ok with us. But then now they give us the bill $54, we only have this internet for only 4 months. And it said we have HBO which we never had.

I originally had a 2 year contract for HD complete which has expired.  This has steadily increased to around $50 more in my bill.  Now paying  beyond what I can afford to pay for service.  Please advise if there are any other options available.  I am willing to commit to a 2 year contract if that is a better deal.
