I am trying to get a copy of MY agreement for cable and internet services that was established when I signed up. In September, 2016 somebody asked about this and the response was:

Go to "My Account > Sign In> Billing & Payment. This agreement will be posted on the right hand side along with other Terms associated with www.xfinity.com. "

There is nothing on the right side of the billing page anymore.

In November somebody asked the same question, and the response was:

Go to "My Account > Settings > Account Details > Legal Agreements & Contracts."

The user rightfully pointed out:

"I have 4 documents stated...1)Comcast EcoBill Terms of Service, 2)Mobile Number Registration, 3) Ecobill Sweepstakes, 4) Comcast customerCentral Terms of Service."

None of these documents says anything about what was agreed to at sign up regarding the services that Comcast provides.

It should not be this difficult to get reference a document that the subscriber and the company can use during a customer service interaction.  Please tell me how I can find this document.  And please do not tell me to go to a service center or that you can mail it to me.  That is unacceptable.  If I can upgrade services at the click of a mouse and get the news of the day from your homepage, I should be able to get my agreement just as easily.

Thank you.

Hello tatatoothy,

I apologize for the inconvenience. I have escalated this issue to a colleague to offer additional assistance. Thank you for your patience.

FWIW, this is primarily a customer-to-customer help and support forum.

Having said that, there are Official Employees that do work in the forums but it sometimes takes several days for them to get to a post even when escalated.  You posted your problem two days ago.  It would not have been solved within 30 minutes.  This isn't like Chat or talking with a CSR on the phone.

Hi tatatoothy -- I reviewed your account and found why you're unable to see your contract. Your contract status shows as "Terminated" however that is an error as your contract shows in our main database. Since it shows as Terminated you'll be unable to see if only. I can have a copy emailed to you though. Please PM me with your preferred email contact.
