Lower my bill

I'm right on the verge of canceling TV altogether and going to OTA antenna and a streaming service. There really should be offers to keep existing customers, not just for new customers only. Tired of it. I can't even use the manage my account or channels section on My Account Page- They have it set up to just say "

We're sorry, it looks like you'll need some help completing your order.

Please call us at 1-877-680-7173 and we can help." what the heck is that? Give me the option to customize my plan or something- or just give me the same offers as new customers

 

Any comcast people on who want to save my business?
