Lower monthly bill

Lower monthly bill

My bill went up $40. Again. I called before and got a good employee who gave me the current rate (then) for new customers. I think it has run out so now I'm back to a high bill that's too much. Person on the phone today did not care and was rude. Anyone had success getting their bill down?
