Lower monthly bill

Does anyone know how to lower my Comcast Bill, I have triple Play and have been loyal customer for over 20 years. I've contacted comcast every month since march 2017 to see if they have any promotions and the best they can do is $20 off my $247/month bill. They say keep trying because occasionally (in the summer months) they have promotions. Not sure why I keep comcast, I have netflix and Amazon Prime and really only watch TV less than 5hrs/week. Before I call up one last time to see if they can lower bill, i figured I check here before I cancel completely and get a HD antenna. Any help appreciated!
