Looking to reduce billing

Looking to reduce billing

This is my last attempt, but if no one can help me out this time I'm going to customer retention because my bill jumped to nearly $200 and I can't justify it.  ATT once again has been through my neighborhood offerring much lower prices.  Additionally, I need to cut costs as my wife and are expecting twins soon and that is going to be expensive enough, reducing cable is at the top of my list of saving money
