I have not received my $150 prepaid Visa card.

I have not yet received my prepaid Visa card, although I have had the service for a few months. When can I expect to receive that? I have tried to contact Comcast via live chat -  no response. I cannot find a phone number online.

I apologize for any issues you have experienced. Unfortunately the promotion that you were packaged into does not include a gift card. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and if you have any other questions or concerns please reply back.

Actually, I saved my paperwork including the original work order from Robert, and it states in more than one place that we are to receive the $150 Visa reward card. Shall I upload a copy?

Hi lisa3208610! I am following up for ComcastDawn in regards to your gift card. If you do still have the paper work available, please send a screen shot to my private messages by clicking on my name, then click private message me. That will help us being able to determine the status of the gift card. Also please verify the first and last name of the account holder and phone number associated with your account.
