How to change your billing address?

How to change your billing address?

My address changed due to the recent US Census audit and need to have it updated.  At one time you could do this online via your Comcast account, however it seems that option has been removed.  Is this something that can only be resolved by calling Customer Service?

I would call 1-800 ccomcast (Billing Department)  Have you account number handy when you call.



Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Yep, quick call into Comcast, 3 minutes on the phone with a "Joe".  Great customer service, issue resolved.  Thanks!
