Hi,

Ever since I decided to get another box, it has been a nightmare dealing with Comcast. 3 trips to the service center and 17calls later, I am still not getting what I was promised both before getting the box and after from numerous agents on the phone. I was told that I would only have to pay $10 and that the technology fee would be included. My last call to the center was yesterday, I was told, after more that 60 minutes on hold, that everything is taking care of and that I will only be charged $10 instead of the $22.69 for one year (even though I was told differently first, I was ok to settle for one year free) that my preview bill from Monday showed. I would also get an email within approx. 1 hour verifying that. I have received nothing yet.  Two days ago, I received a call from an agent that left a voice mail telling me that everything is taken care of and the fee will not be charged for one year.  Again, bill states differently.

Please help me get what I was told, $10 monthly fee, including HD service and nothing else. I tried the chat system to have things in writing but it does not work.

Any advise would be highly appreciated.

Hi bf8 -- I was able to get this corrected on your account. You will now be billing only $10 per month for service plus taxes.
