How do I get my account credit for a month with little to no service?

Being back in June both our cable and internet service was very spotty. Both services would be out for hours on end nearly everyday. We have 4 separate tech's out during this month long issue. Finally on our last visit our issues were resolved. An xfinity tech supervisor even came. We have received only $20 off our bill.
