How do I downgrade my services?

Hello, my one year promotion ends in September and I'm trying to downgrade my services but when I go into my account, I don't get the options to downgrade my channels, number of boxes, or internet. How do I do this? The only "downgrade" options I get is one plan which is pricier than what I have now. Thanks.
