HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ADJUST ACCOUNT FOR CHANGE OF SERVICES?

Pretty simple question.  About 8 days ago I turned in my cable boxes, remotes, and old modem.  My balance has not changed, although I was told it would eventually.   How long does this take?

 

I shut off Cable TV and the phone line.  I also upgraded to the highest speed internet with "blast".   The new modem/router is tall, but the speed is really great.

I don't think you will see it until the next billing cycle.  If you look at when your bill is normally due, it will proably show up the day after the due date of your bill.

 

But- you would probably get an answer by calling 1-800 comcast Billing Department and ask the for the current status.  They should be able to bring up your Account ledger on their end.  The ledger is different from what we, the customers see online.
