HD Technology Fee Erroneously Billed - Only have a cable card

HD Technology Fee Erroneously Billed - Only have a cable card

Starting in November of 2016, my account has been billed for the HD Technology Fee when I only have a cable card (no other Comcast Equipment).  It is my understanding, that the HD Technology Fee should not apply to my account.  Please issue a refund for all months the fee was charged and remove the fee from my account prospectively.

Hi pquiroz23, apologies for the inaccurate information but HD Technology fee is required for HD service with Cable Cards.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
