HD Preferred Plus WAY too expensive now - STILL NOT GETTING HELP

My bill is over $200 a month I am having a really hard time trying to justify this amount. I have the Triple play, I don't use the phone at all. What’s the easiest way to make my bill be $114, like it used to be?
 
Or, how do I switch to just internet?

Can’t afford this anymore...
 
Can anyone please help?
