HD DVR PRICING CONFUSING

[ Edited ]

I received  a billing change form last month .  I took notice that the HD DVR fee went down from $16.20 to $9.25.  I currently have one HD DVR that is included in my package. I also have 1 HD only converter which I pay $9.25 for now.  Does this mean since the DVR price went down to $9.25 I could return the HD box and  get another DVR for the same price for the HD only converter.  Its confusing.  Comcast of central jersey 2 (Hillsborough NJ)

Re: HD DVR PRICING CONFUSING

Your DVR fee is in addition to that your first full set top box is included in your digital service.

Adding a 2nd DVR will be 9.25 pluse 9.25 DVR fee.  Adding a 2nd DVR your price will increase by adding a 2nd DVR fee to the additional outlet.

Re: HD DVR PRICING CONFUSING

Be carefull. Comcast says you get one free box. You don't.

Comcast charges me $8.00 for the HD DVR and $7.95 for the old non HD/DVR box in our bedroom that doesn't show anything on the guide button past two hours ahead.

We have no other boxes.
