just got xfinity and picked the X1 package based on channels. Finally got around to sitting down and watching The Sopranos on HBO. Watched the first two episodes without an issue and now it's telling me HBO is another 15 bucks a month. What's the deal? It's part of the package and now you're trying to scam more money from me. That's a bunch of horse manure as far as I'm concerned.

sounds like a back in error. you might try this first. press the A button on the remote and select and run the account refresh.
