Final Bill

 

I have returned my equipment and I need a final bill, however customer service is saying they can't give that to me. How do I find it?

 

Could someone please advise?

Hi arblyther, once your final bill is generated you can access it by logging into your account online at xfinity.net, or by using the MyAccount App. If you did opt to have your bills mailed to your home address it will be mailed out as well. Unfortunately, we are not able to manually issue final billing statements.
