Failed Video Sik?????

What does "Failed Video Sik" mean on my bill under Other Charges?

Most likely your self install failed and they needed to send out a tech to get you connected.  That would be charge to send out the tech.

 

If  you did a self install and it was successful, then that charge would be in error and you are due credit for that.
