Existing customer bundle?? How can I get some help?

I am looking at my options.  I had a pretty good deal, but it seems there is a lot of competition out there right now and I'm not under an agreement with xfinity anymore.  
What have others done in the past when this has happened?  I'm looking at switching...it seems xfinity doesn't want to work with me on giving me a bundle deal, even if I increase my bundle and sign up again for a contract, but I have actually been happy with my service.  I spoke at length a few weeks ago and even before that with reps but they said "the bundles are only for new customers".  How dumb is that to reward a new customer but not an existing?  Seems silly.

Anyway, I'll stop my rant...anyone experienced a good outcome and stayed?
