I was advised by Comcast, if i sign would recieve $5 off my montly bill, is this correct?

Yes, that is correct; however, in order to receive the discount the customer must enroll in the Ecobill program via My Account on www.comcast.com within 30 days or their $5.00 discount will be removed from their account. I have also sent you a private message regarding your account.

No, this is not a regional program. Most Double Play and Triple Play packages qualify for this program.
