Downgrading service

 I am an elderly who was forced to upgrade from a no contract double play plan to a triple play 2 year agreement plan. i was told that my plan was increasing and this was the only plan avaiable . i am paying extremly too much and not very happy that i was placed on a 2 year agreement. they added phone service and i havent even used it once. Please i need somebody to help me or ill be changin service to a cheaper provider for me
