Downgrading Service / Can't PM Comcast employee

Downgrading Service / Can't PM Comcast employee

We are wanting to downgrade our service from internet and cable to just internet.  I have seen several posts identical to this and the response usually includes directions to send a PM to a Comcast employee.  I tried to click the link to send a PM myself but it goes to a screen that just says Private Messages and nothing else.  I'm hoping to get help with both issues.

Please don't PM the employees unless they ask Smiley Happy

 

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.

I am also in the same situation and would like to downgrade from tv and internet to just internet.  Would someone be able to show me my current offers/options?

Hi! I would also like to downgrade, I currently have WiFi phone and tv but would like to remove my phone services. I have also posted about wanting to set up a payment arrangement but have not been helped.
