I have tried for over a month to change my triple play back to double play. I only added the phone for a job and I no longer need it. Everytime I call to change they give me an offer thats higher then my current one. I really do not need the voice. I see current offers for my area thats a price I am willing to pay and do not understand why I can not get those deals. I am considering canceling my service all together.

I'd be more than happy to review the current offers in your area to see if we have something that would lower your rate when downgrading. When it comes to our packages and pricing, we offer new customers an introductory rate for the first 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years depending upon the offer. After the introductory period offer expires, the price does go to what we call Everyday Price or regular rate. If you already have an active account with us, you would not qualify for the discounts, and would instead be charged normal, or what we refer to as Every Day Pricing.
