My bill with comcast has went up 6 times in 1 year. i have chatted called to speak with comstome services asking why only to be told your promotion end in dec. 2017. i told them yes i understand that so why from december back it still went up 5 times. then turn aroubd and gosse up in feb of this year. No one can explain. then they say can i find you a cheaper promotion and its not cheap its is like 3 dollars cheaper than what you already paying . I am very disappointed customer and has been with this comany for some years. So as soon i find someone else i done.
